📋 Description

• Assist in project planning for small projects and manage schedules under guidance from senior team
• Support implementation team coordination and participate in cross-departmental collaboration
• Plan, update, and execute project plans while assisting with customer issue resolution
• Create and distribute status reports, meeting minutes, and project documentation
• Oversee project financial management to ensure delivery within time and budget
• Act as the primary point of contact for small customer projects, fostering trust in successful

🎯 Requirements

• Associate's degree or equivalent experience
• 1–3 years of experience in customer-facing planning and delivery-related roles
• Experience using ServiceNow and SmartSheet
• Must be able to qualify for CAPM (Certified Associate in Project Management) certification within
• Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
• Ability to build relationships with clients at operational levels
