Inventory Specialist II, Second Shift

📋 Description

• Execute all inventory transactions (receiving, putaway, picking, issuance, returns) in real time
• Own the daily cycle count program: schedule and execute counts by priority stratification
• Verify incoming material as the final quality gate before it enters production inventory
• Pick and kit parts, materials, and hardware to support on-time, in-full delivery to production
• Handle all parts to aerospace FOD, ESD, and contamination-control standards, maintain 5S
• Communicate proactively with cross-functional stakeholders: confirming ETAs on part requests

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in an inventory, logistics, receiving, or material handling role
• 1+ years of forklift experience, with the ability to obtain and maintain certification per OSHA
• Experience executing transactions in ERP and warehouse management software with a complete
• Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office and email communication
• Valid driver's license
• Ability to stand for extended periods and ability to lift up to 50 pounds
