📋 Description

• Assign to validation engineers Test norm, Catnet, PLM, and JIRA task: Interface with TPM/ITPL for
• Collaborate/Support on test list creation and revision with the team (test engineer and service
• Ensure the program performance engineers meet all milestone deliverables: PIV creation: based on
• PIV sharing with key stakeholders outside ICAS org.
• Ensure PIV respects milestone and KPI, monitoring execution and progress
• Review all slides and presentations of program/project: -Update validation results in ICAS decks

🎯 Requirements

• Bac+5 degree
• 1-2 years of experience
• Good knowledge of validation processes and tools (Test Norm, Catnet, PLM, JIRA)
• Ability to analyze requirements and define test plans
• Leadership and team coordination skills
• Experience in planning and tracking KPIs
