📋 Description

• Review online activity flagged by AI for potentially harmful, concerning, or high-risk content and
• Analyze student activity histories and surrounding context to distinguish normal behavior
• Monitor a real-time alert queue continuously and ensure critical incidents are reviewed
• Execute established crisis-response and emergency communication protocols for incidents involving
• Communicate professionally and clearly with school districts and safety personnel through email and
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of investigations, decisions, communications, escalation

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in a relevant field such as education, psychology, counseling, law enforcement, crisis
• Demonstrated experience supporting children, students, or vulnerable populations, particularly in
• Previous crisis intervention, counseling, behavioral support, hotline, or similar high-pressure
• Strong analytical judgment and the ability to evaluate online content in context rather than
• Ability to maintain a high level of concentration and accuracy while managing a continuous
• Ability to make sound decisions quickly and follow established escalation and emergency
