Portfolio Manager, Real Estate

📋 Description

• Accountability for the successful delivery of real estate projects in the Americas Region or as
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including but not limited to: Global Facility Planning and
• Align real estate outcomes with business objectives in partnership with internal partners and
• Work with external real estate service provider to ensure standardization, consistency and accuracy
• Review/negotiation commercial lease documents.
• Execute complex global real estate transaction that balance cost, flexibility and business needs.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Real Estate or Finance (MBA preferred)
• 7 – 10 years of negotiating commercial leases
• Proven success in leading real estate transactions in the Americas
• Strategic thinker with the ability to translate business needs into actionable real estate plans
