Senior Job Captain, Architecture & Design

📋 Description

• Lead project coordination with consultant team for each phase of project (Site Planning
• Provide AutoCAD/Revit support for preparation of project documents.
• Utilize company's resource groups for design and preparation of design and construction documents.
• Assist Project Manager with construction services (site visits, review shop drawings, etc.).
• Perform project code searches and analysis for each project.
• Assist Project Manager in preparation of project schedules and review of budgets.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in the field of Architecture
• Experience working on industrial or commercial projects strongly preferred
• Bachelor's Degree in Architecture or related field
• Revit skills
• Knowledge of Newforma
• Knowledge of building codes
