Job Description
📋 Description
- Champion Forgen’s Core Values and drive an Incident and Injury Free (IIF) culture across assigned
- Provide advanced EHS leadership and support to high-risk or high-visibility projects.
- Lead site safety inspections, field audits, and complex hazard assessments; ensure corrective
- Develop, review, and refine project HASPs and Activity Hazard Analyses (AHAs).
- Lead or assist complex incident and near-miss investigations, root cause analyses, and corrective
- Serve as a key liaison between Forgen, subcontractors, clients, regulators, and third-party
🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Safety, Engineering, Construction, or a related field.
- 5–10+ years of progressive safety experience in heavy civil, environmental, industrial, mining, oil
- Proven ability to lead field teams and influence safety culture.
- Strong communication, coaching, and facilitation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and safety reporting systems.
- Valid U.S. driver’s license.
