🎯 Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience managing in a retail environment
• Experience leading teams through coaching, feedback, development, and performance management
• Proven experience in sourcing, recruiting, and developing top talent
• Strong communication, organization, and time management skills
• Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and leadership skills in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with scheduling, payroll, operational planning, and business reporting
