LPN - Home Care Nurse

📋 Description

• Provide one-to-one skilled nursing care to an adult client in his home
• Assist with personal care and activities of daily living (PC/ADLs)
• Perform transfers, administer medications, and provide full assistance with PO feed
• Assist with bowel program
• Flush and change SPC (suprapubic catheter)
• Document observations, interventions, and evaluations

🎯 Requirements

• Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program, as indicated by school transcript or
• Current nursing license in good standing in the state (Pennsylvania)
