Senior Accountant

📋 Description

• Be responsible for completing complex accounting tasks related to all areas of the income statement
• Be the lead accountant for Property Accounting for > 80 locations, including Rent, CAM
• Identify areas to improve & streamline our current accounting processes
• Perform ad hoc analysis, projects, and administrative tasks as needed

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of corporate accounting experience and good knowledge of US GAAP
• Experience using a variety of software and systems including: NetSuite, Excel, Adaptive Planning
• Experience performing multi-location property accounting helpful
• Experience working in a multi-location retail organization helpful
• Experience reading and interpreting lease agreements
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field or equivalent experience
