• Oversee end-to-end payroll operations for US, India, and UK employee populations, ensuring
• Manage and develop an offshore payroll team, providing coaching, quality oversight, and clear
• Serve as the primary payroll systems owner, managing integrations between payroll platforms and

🎯 Requirements

• Experience managing payroll operations across multiple countries, with direct experience in US
• Experience working with and managing an offshore team
• Hands-on experience with ADP Workforce Now and ADP Celergo required
• Experience with Workday Payroll is a plus
• Experience managing system integrations (inbound and outbound) between payroll and other HR/finance
• Prior experience with payroll system implementations, ideally including Workday
