Finance Lead

📋 Description

• Responsible for tracking promotional, marketing and sales force budgets for the US Rheumatology
• Lead all aspects of the planning processes (Plan/LBE/LRP) by ensuring deliverables are accurate
• Perform monthly close activities, including headcount reporting and variance analysis. Prepare
• Partner with Business Unit Vice President and the brand leads to understand business needs and
• Leads financial reviews and approvals (purchase order requests and invoices).
• Lead and support ad hoc analysis, key projects and process improvements as needed.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting. CPA or MBA a plus.
• Minimum 6+ years of progressive and related experience.
• Strong financial, analytical and problem solving skills.
• Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
• Proficient Excel skills required.
• Knowledge of SAP and TM1 a plus.
