🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of Technical Program Management experience, including a track record of driving
• Demonstrated ability to independently define and manage the scope of ambiguous, cross-functional
• Executive-ready communication: you frame complex trade-offs for VP, Director, and C-suite
• A history of influencing across multiple engineering, product, and GTM orgs without formal authority
• Deep planning and risk fluency: multi-quarter and multi-year roadmapping, dependency and risk
• Builder mindset with real AI fluency — you design AI-first workflows, rapid-prototype solutions
