Registered Nurse (RN) - Bilingual (Korean - English)

📋 Description

• Conduct Medicare Annual Wellness Visits via telehealth in accordance with CMS guidelines
• Review and update patient medical histories, medication lists, immunization records, and family
• Assess patients' health status including vital signs, cognitive function, and risk factors for
• Provide patient education on preventive measures, lifestyle changes, and community resources
• Develop and update personalized prevention plans based on patient needs and physician guidance
• Collaborate with supervising physician for accurate documentation and follow-up using EHR systems

🎯 Requirements

• Fully bilingual in Korean and English
• Located in GA (Georgia, USA)
• Current and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in GA
• Availability for PRN work Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm, approximately 20 hours per week
• Minimum 3 years of patient care nursing experience, preferably in primary care, preventive care, or
• Experience with Medicare Annual Wellness Visits (AWVs) and telehealth platforms is highly desirable
