📋 Description

• Assemble a variety of tissue products according to standard instructions and prints
• Gain proficient understanding and aptitude at multiple assembly tasks while meeting requirements
• Possess and consistently demonstrate suturing, use of proper surgical instruments, surgical knot
• Know and consistently apply understanding of basic anatomy
• Operate and set up (as needed) production supplies/equipment
• Demonstrate understanding of business systems by proper and routine use (Agile, SAP, etc.)

🎯 Requirements

• Ability to perform the following with limited guidance, increasing autonomy: suturing, vessel
• Possesses knowledge and demonstrates application of surgical tools, type and intended use with
• Ability to read, write and understand English
• Ability to follow written instructions and documented processes with minimal guidance
• Demonstrates commitment to working in a team environment, regularly demonstrates effective
• Ability to use computers as part of daily work, navigating to work instructions (Agile)
