📋 Description

• Facilitate daily technical virtual and in-person user assistance
• Perform onboarding and off-boarding tasks
• Handle access provisioning and deprovisioning
• Contribute to documentation maintenance
• Participate in regular IT team meetings
• Provide end user support on Mac and Chromebook systems

🎯 Requirements

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent
• 1+ years of experience supporting Mac users in large environments
