📋 Description

• Act as a key-decision maker in the absence of the Store Leader, confidently leading the business
• Identify opportunities in the business and take the initiative to collaborate with the Store Leader
• Contribute to store strategy and planning for all aspects of the business
• Drive a culture of continuous learning through engaging training, in-the-moment coaching, and 1:1’s
• Apply skill and experience from relevant roles to new situations and create opportunities for self
• Leverage business results to make real-time decisions that drive the customer experience

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of leadership experience
• Visual merchandising experience with an eye for detail and brand storytelling
• A passion for coaching and developing people, especially early-career talent
• A sense of curiosity with the confidence to bring forward new ideas
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• The ability to build fast and effective relationships with the rest of your store team
