📋 Description

• Lead execution and operational maturity for COCO UAS deployments
• Coordinate flight ops, logistics, sustainment, subcontractors, finance, and customers
• Drive scalable processes for growth and mission success
• Manage program metrics, budgets, and resource tracking
• Identify risks and bottlenecks; drive schedule adherence
• Establish cadence of organized meetings and follow-up

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in DoD program management
• Experience with MS Project or Smartsheet
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally
• Strong leadership, time management, and communication
• Expert understanding of complex project financials
• Ability to obtain Secret Security Clearance
