Hardware Test Engineer

📋 Description

• Formulate test strategies and develop tests for new and existing products
• Analyze materials and data, conduct tests, troubleshoot, monitor performance and ensure quality
• Develop new testing methods and train lab personnel
• Maintain lab inventories, test equipment, and supplies
• Present defect, risk, and CAPA data to cross-functional teams
• Collaborate to validate manufacturing lines and drive continuous improvement

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Mechanical, Materials Science or Electrical Engineering
• 3+ years hands-on technical experience
• Excellent spoken and written English; strong cross-functional collaboration
• Self-starter, able to work independently with sound technical/business judgment
• Experience with engineering drawings; willingness to commute to South Jordan, UT office (Mon–Fri)
