People Team Marketing Communications Specialist

📋 Description

• Internal communications partner to the People Success team.
• Own communications for People programs and company-wide rollouts with a product marketing
• Advise CPO and senior People leaders on high-stakes moments and messaging.
• Manage internal comms for the People Success Team, including town halls and leadership content.
• Write/edit content translating People programming into clear value for Coinbase leaders and
• Build scalable communications infrastructure with calendars, playbooks, and measurement frameworks.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years in internal/strategic/change communications or product marketing.
• Proven track record producing executive content that drives engagement/adoption.
• Executive presence and ability to influence senior leaders.
• Experience managing multiple initiatives across stakeholders with a clear strategy.
• Experience building scalable processes, systems, and measurement frameworks.
• Uses generative AI responsibly with human oversight.
