Product Operations Manager II

📋 Description

• Product voice in largest franchise and enterprise deals
• Collaborate with partners, BDM, Product, and Engineering to convert operations into deliverable
• Own gap analyses, product scope in partner agreements, and requirements
• Translate feedback into actionable requirements and prototypes
• Lead discovery sessions with strategic partners
• Oversee API integrations and enterprise technical solutions with Engineering

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in product ops, technical account management, customer success, or product management
• Experience with enterprise software integrations and multi-stakeholder projects
• Strong SaaS business model understanding
• Familiarity with Jira Product Discovery and Confluence
• Ability to leverage AI tools to improve workflows
• Willingness to travel 15-20% annually
