📋 Description

• Support store goals during peak periods by delivering guest experiences and living the ALO Brand
• Provide product expertise and personalized service to drive sales and customer loyalty.
• Ensure engagement with customers and maintain a friendly, easy-to-shop environment.
• Maintain knowledge of store goals, initiatives, and new product launches; educate guests on

🎯 Requirements

• 1+ years prior work experience in a client-centric, sales environment (Preferred).
• Passion for customer service and delivering exceptional experiences.
• Self-motivated with a desire to achieve results, both individually and as a team.
• Ability to lift, push, carry or move up to 50 pounds; stand and move for an entire shift.
• Willingness to work the seasonal schedule, including Black Friday and holiday period.
