📋 Description

• Own and execute the EMEA alliance strategy with top-tier GSI partners, driving joint plans and
• Build C-suite relationships and governance through reviews and strategic alignment meetings.
• Develop partner strategies around consumption, bookings, certifications, pipeline, adoption, and
• Lead evolution of partner capabilities in Data and AI, including AI/BI and cloud expansions.
• Drive co-innovation, IP, solution development, and partner-led GTM campaigns to transform
• Enable partner-led migrations and scalable demand-gen plays to accelerate value.

🎯 Requirements

• Extensive experience building and scaling partnerships across EMEA in a technology org.
• Proven ability to hire, develop, and lead alliance/partner professionals to exceed objectives.
• Deep understanding of Global System Integrators and their structures and value propositions.
• Experience with major consulting/SI firms (e.g., Accenture, Deloitte, Capgemini, EY).
• Strong executive presence with ability to engage C-suite stakeholders regionally and globally.
• Proven ability to mobilize teams around a shared strategy and translate relationships into outcomes.
