Director, Software Engineering

📋 Description

• Lead engineering strategy and execution for a portfolio of software products in a globally
• Translate product strategy into scalable technology capabilities, architecture decisions, and
• Guide cloud modernization, secure SDLC, and responsible adoption of AI across the lifecycle.
• Develop engineering leaders and foster ownership, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Partner with product, business, security, and data teams to align priorities with business needs.
• Promote agile practices, including SAFe and modern software development methodologies.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
• 12+ years of experience leading software engineering teams, including distributed/global teams.
• Proven experience delivering complex software on time and within budget.
• Expertise in fraud detection engineering or real-time financial crime systems.
• Strong understanding of modern software architecture, cloud/SaaS, scalability, security, and debt
• Experience with CI/CD, automated testing, release management, vulnerability management, and
