Technical Solutions Engineer

📋 Description

• Own API docs and integration paths for CaaS platform
• Write quickstarts, sample code, reference architectures for developers
• Answer technical questions from partners during deals and builds
• Onboard signed partners: intake, provisioning after KYB/KYC, sandbox tests, go-live checks
• Collaborate with program manager on timelines for partners
• Deeply learn stack: CaaS ramps, wallets, bank rails, custodial/non-custodial flows, virtual accounts

🎯 Requirements

• Hands-on API skills: read logs, debug webhooks, reason about auth, use Postman
• Strong technical writing; document complex systems clearly
• Comfort with ambiguity; stack changes weekly and docs are evolving
• Familiarity with AI tools to speed docs and support
• Nice to have: crypto/web3 background, especially stablecoins and wallets
