Senior Manager, Software Engineering

📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end delivery of platform components, overseeing architecture, development, release
• Provide technical direction across distributed, multi-threaded, web-based, data-intensive systems.
• Maintain hands-on engagement through architecture/design reviews, debugging, and problem solving.
• Establish high standards for code quality, testing, performance, scalability, reliability
• Remove bottlenecks to improve productivity, velocity, and execution.
• Drive AI enablement across engineering with AI-assisted tools and intelligent workflows.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in CS/Engineering or related technical discipline.
• 10+ years in professional software engineering, including distributed systems.
• 5+ years leading software engineering teams; managing managers is a plus.
• Strong technical expertise across modern web tech, backend systems, distributed architectures
• Experience delivering enterprise platforms or SaaS in complex environments.
• Proven ability to lead technical/organizational transformation and improve maturity/execution.

🎁 Benefits

• Competitive annual base salary of $173,000–$225,000 USD.
