Job Description
📋 Description
- Maintain and repair building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, general maintenance).
- Troubleshoot facility issues to keep operations efficient.
- Address emergency repairs promptly with safety in mind.
- Follow safety and regulatory standards for maintenance tasks.
- Oversee facility equipment and inventory for daily ops.
- Coordinate with vendors for specialized tasks.
🎯 Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- 5+ years in facilities maintenance or related field.
- HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and building systems experience needed.
- EP A Universal, HVAC certs or electrical licenses preferred.
- Read blueprints/diagrams; use PM software and MS Office.
- Strong problem-solving and attention to detail.
