Senior Director, Regional Pharmacy Operations

📋 Description

• Lead enterprise-wide pharmacy ops for U.S. clinical sites
• Align strategy with executive and site leaders
• Standardize workflows: drug accountability, sterile compounding
• Ensure FDA, USP 797/800, DEA, GCP compliance
• Collaborate on drug procurement and cost management
• Drive KPI dashboards and continuous improvement

🎯 Requirements

• PharmD or equivalent from ACPE-accredited school
• Active, unrestricted U.S. pharmacist license
• 10+ years in pharmacy leadership, multi-site ops
• Deep knowledge of investigational drug services and reg compliance
• Experience with Lean Six Sigma and continuous improvement
• Experience with pharmacy automation and EMR platforms
