• Own the technology backbone for SF office and distributed team
• In-office role based in SF, solve problems for colleagues and build scalable IT operations

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years IT support or IT operations experience
• macOS and Windows administration, MDM tools, identity/SSO
• Google Workspace, Slack, and SaaS administration
• Office IT infrastructure experience: networking, AV, conference rooms
• Strong troubleshooting and customer-service mindset
• Clear communicator with process documentation
