📋 Description

• Perform field service activities, including the installation, commissioning, testing, operation
• Develop and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
• Maintain a regular on-site presence to ensure customer service level agreements are consistently
• Train and support customer maintenance and service personnel to ensure effective equipment
• Provide support for legacy sorting equipment, including the coordination and execution of in-house
• Ensure field service activities are delivered efficiently, on time, and within budget.

• An engineering qualification or trade with a strong inclination towards hands on skills in
• Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues independently and efficiently
• >3 years proven experience in field service, maintenance, and troubleshooting of complex
• Willingness to travel extensively across Australia and occasionally internationally (approx.
• Fluency in spoken and written English
• Comfortable using digital tools, service reporting systems, and remote diagnostics
