Sourcing/Procurement Analyst

📋 Description

• Lead sourcing across software categories and align with procurement strategies.
• Plan end-to-end sourcing events: requirements, supplier eval, analysis, recommendations.
• Issue RFQs/RFPs; manage docs and timelines; ensure disciplined execution.
• Evaluate suppliers; analyze cost drivers; provide actionable recommendations.
• Support contract negotiations and risk mitigation per procurement processes.
• Partner with stakeholders to define needs and engage suppliers early.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain or related field (or equivalent exp.).
• 6+ years in sourcing/procurement or related areas.
• Experience with contract negotiations, strategies, and supplier risk.
• Government procurement experience desirable; transferable procurement ok.
• Strong written/verbal communication; cross-functional collaboration.
• Analytical with ability to research and assess data, costs, business needs.
