📋 Description

• 15-month structured on-the-job training in AbbVie's Biologics Manufacturing team
• Support cGMP manufacturing operations for biologics drug substance
• Work across upstream, downstream, or central services areas as assigned
• Execute manufacturing operations, document batch records, and maintain plant readiness
• Assist in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Science, Engineering or equivalent (fresh graduates welcome)
• Knowledge of cGMP and regulatory requirements is an advantage
• Exposure to SAP, LIMS or MES is beneficial
• Good problem-solving, ability to work independently and in a team
