📋 Description

• Unlicensed associate working under licensed PT/OT supervision.
• Performs duties in clinic per state Practice Acts and company policy.
• Supports patient care with strong organizational and observation skills.
• Prep equipment and treatment areas for patients.
• Assist/observe patients with prescribed therapy exercises and document responses.
• Perform basic treatments (ice/heat) as instructed; sanitize equipment and areas.

🎯 Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Strong organizational detail and multitasking ability.
• Proficient with computers and learning new software programs.
