Payroll Manager

📋 Description

• Own end-to-end payroll for US and international staff
• Operate payroll via Rippling HCM for pay runs, taxes, deductions
• Review 300+ timecards per cycle for wage-and-hour issues
• Audit overtime rules (California daily/weekly/7th day) and premiums
• Act as liaison between People and Finance on payroll inputs
• Partner on commissions and bonuses with timing and approvals

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years multi-state payroll experience
• Experience with varied pay structures: regular, off-cycle, commissions
• Deep wage-and-hour compliance knowledge across states
• Hands-on with Rippling Payroll and Rippling Time & Attendance
• Strong knowledge of CA, OR, WA, CO, NY, NV, MN payroll rules
• Experience with payroll tax filings and unemployment compliance
