Technical Leader (Fullstack Backend focused)

📋 Description

• Lead and mentor a team with strong engineering practices
• Partner with Product, Frontend, DevOps to deliver scalable backend solutions
• Architect and maintain backend services using TS/Node.js
• Design systems for availability, security, performance, zero-downtime
• Own backend direction and roadmap with maintainability
• Improve reliability via testing, monitoring, observability, and perf optimization

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years backend dev experience, 4+ in leadership
• TypeScript, Node.js; NestJS or Express.js
• Designing scalable APIs and distributed systems
• Relational and non-relational DBs, data modeling
• AWS cloud, containers, CI/CD, IaC
• Event-driven architectures; Kafka is a plus
