Sr. NetSuite Administrator

📋 Description

• Architect scalable NetSuite designs and automate finance cycles across O2C, P2P, R2R.
• Own end-to-end delivery for small/medium work; represent Financial Systems in support process.
• Manage GTM Finance Systems support tickets; triage and deploy solutions.
• Maintain delivery discipline: DoR/DoD, UAT, release windows, post-release stabilization.
• Provide Tier-1/2 support; troubleshoot incidents and document learnings.
• Build and maintain reporting: dashboards, KPIs for Accounting and partners.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years NetSuite experience; ownership in at least one finance cycle (P2P, O2C, or R2R).
• Ability to architect solutions across processes, controls, and systems.
• Experience partnering with Accounting and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Proficiency with NetSuite tools: SuiteFlow, saved searches, roles/permissions, forms/fields
• Data handling: imports/exports, reconciliations, data quality troubleshooting.
• Strong documentation: process maps, design decisions, change management, SOPs.
