Group Technical Accounting and External Audit Manager

📋 Description

• Drive external audits for the Group and manage external financial reporting excellence.
• Oversee statutory audits across Group entities and coordinate with local regulators.
• Monitor adoption of new accounting/auditing rules and assess impacts on Group reporting.
• Support National Finance Directors and Global Finance Leads on complex accounting matters.
• Interact with regulatory bodies (CSSF, AMF) on material topics.
• Lead CSRD ESG reporting in collaboration with Sustainability teams.

🎯 Requirements

• Master’s in Finance, Economics or Engineering; MBA a plus.
• Minimum 5 years in external/internal audit or financial controlling; Big4 a plus.
• Technical IFRS/ISA accounting expertise; Lux GAAP a plus.
• Strong finance policies, processes in multinational setting.
• Project/change management and leadership skills; team player.
