Sales Operations Executive (support HK and MY markets)

📋 Description

• Collaborate with SA&I sales reps for HK and MY markets
• Assist updates of decks with NIQ branding
• Maintain CRM records for sales reps
• Analyze market data for trends and insights
• Handle invoicing and contract renewals
• Ensure revenue recognition by updating project dates

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Marketing, Business, or related field
• 1-2 years in a similar role, preferably FMCG
• Fluent in English; Cantonese an advantage for APAC markets
• Fresh grads with client servicing/intern experience welcome
• Strong communication and cross-country collaboration skills
• Experience with Excel, Microsoft Dynamics, PowerBI, ZoomInfo, and Python is a plus
