Technical Leader (Fullstack Backend focused)

📋 Description

• Lead, mentor, and support a team of engineers while establishing strong engineering practices
• Partner with Product, Frontend, DevOps, and other teams to define and deliver scalable technical
• Architect, develop, and maintain backend services and APIs using TypeScript, Node.js, and modern
• Design systems for high availability, strong performance, security, scalability, and zero-downtime
• Own backend technical direction and roadmap decisions, balancing immediate delivery with long-term
• Strengthen system reliability through testing, monitoring, logging, observability, incident mgmt

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years of backend development, including at least 4 years in a leadership role.
• Strong proficiency with TypeScript, Node.js, and NestJS or Express.js.
• Designing, building, and maintaining scalable APIs, backend services, and distributed systems.
• Relational and non-relational databases, data modeling, and query optimization.
• Cloud infrastructure (preferably AWS), containerization, CI/CD, and infrastructure-as-code.
• Event-driven architectures, messaging systems; Kafka experience is a plus.
