Junior Poker Operations Specialist

📋 Description

• Support the setup and deployment of tournaments, satellites, cash games, and poker series.
• Configure and maintain back-office and in-client settings accurately and within required deadlines.
• Support promotional initiatives, including missions, leaderboards, tickets, rewards, and CRM
• Assist with tournament configuration, including structures, payouts, guarantees, templates, and
• Perform QA, release validation, and post-deployment checks to ensure changes work as expected.
• Investigate operational issues, respond to requests, and escalate problems when appropriate.
