📋 Description

• Own end-to-end video content pipeline: idea generation, evaluation, prioritization, and development.
• Develop compelling titles/thumbnails; test packaging; use performance insights to improve reach.
• Write scripts for medium/long-form videos explaining Bitcoin, economics in accessible terms.
• Create hooks/intros to sustain viewer engagement and align with editorial direction.
• Collaborate with hosts, producers, marketing, researchers, and leadership to shape high-quality
• Monitor YouTube metrics: views, retention, retention curves, CTR, returning viewers.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven success growing a YouTube channel with measurable impact on views/retention.
• Strong expertise in video content strategy: idea development, editorial judgment, scripting
• Deep understanding of YouTube mechanics: CTR, retention, viewer behavior, growth factors.
• Exceptional writing and storytelling; translate complex financial concepts clearly.
• Knowledge of Bitcoin from an economic perspective and its relevance to finance.
• Ability to develop hooks, titles, thumbnails, and narrative structures for sustained viewing.
