Licensing Coordinator

📋 Description

• Oversee all aspects of the licensed product process from concept to distribution
• Photograph and ship samples
• Track compliance with contractual requirements
• Monitor contract status from negotiation through execution
• Maintain product tracking sheets, licensor portals, royalty and sales reports
• Coordinate internal communication on rights and obligations

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or relevant experience
• Licensing understanding a plus
• Heavy data entry familiarity
• Strong attention to detail for compliance and audits
• High organization and multi-project management
• Excellent time management and prioritization
