Data Privacy and Responsible AI Manager

📋 Description

• Lead privacy, security, and AI governance activities across enterprise.
• Identify and mitigate privacy risks in cloud/SaaS environments.
• Conduct PIAs and DPIAs for new or changed processing.
• Provide guidance on DPAs, BAAs, and privacy-related contracts.
• Collaborate with Legal, Security, IT, Product, and business teams.
• Occasional travel (<10%).

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in privacy, compliance, or related field.
• Hands-on PIAs/DPIAs experience; review DPAs and privacy clauses.
• Strong knowledge of HIPAA, GDPR, UK GDPR, and data transfer rules.
• Experience supporting AI governance and responsible AI programs.
• Familiarity with cloud services, SaaS risk, vendor management.
• Excellent communication and ability to work with cross-functional teams.
