📋 Description

• Own the full FP&A cycle, including reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Translate performance into insights, outlining drivers and implications for future results.
• Act as internal consultant for cross-functional challenges, from framing to implementation.
• Diagnose trends by linking P&L to operational drivers across delivery, pricing, and sales.
• Use data and financial analysis to inform staffing, pricing, and resource allocation.
• Surface cross-functional insights to identify opportunities/risks early.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in FP&A, business ops, strategy, or analytics.
• Experience in IB, management consulting, or scaling org analytics.
• Proven end-to-end FP&A ownership with executive storytelling.
• Experience in complex businesses linking financials to activity.
• Strong analytical and financial modeling, unit economics, and investment cases.
• Proven ability to lead ambiguous cross-functional initiatives.
