Safety Coordinator

📋 Description

• Support Health, Safety, and Environmental programs across operations.
• Collaborate with frontline employees, drivers, supervisors, and leadership.
• Identify risks, improve day-to-day safety practices, and strengthen culture.
• Ensure OSHA, DOT/FMCSA and environmental requirements are understood and implemented.
• Conduct inspections, investigate incidents, and communicate findings.
• Deliver safety training and toolbox talks; coordinate emergency preparedness.

🎯 Requirements

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree or 3+ years in safety roles.
• OSHA 30-Hour and First Aid/CPR/AED or ability to obtain within 90 days.
• Experience in logistics, supply chain, project coordination is a plus.
• Strong safety, regulatory compliance, and training skills.
• Excellent communication, organization, and reporting abilities.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace (Docs/Sheets/Slides); valid driver’s license; up to 25% travel.
