Job Description
📋 Description
- Support Health, Safety, and Environmental programs across operations.
- Collaborate with frontline employees, drivers, supervisors, and leadership.
- Identify risks, improve day-to-day safety practices, and strengthen culture.
- Ensure OSHA, DOT/FMCSA and environmental requirements are understood and implemented.
- Conduct inspections, investigate incidents, and communicate findings.
- Deliver safety training and toolbox talks; coordinate emergency preparedness.
🎯 Requirements
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree or 3+ years in safety roles.
- OSHA 30-Hour and First Aid/CPR/AED or ability to obtain within 90 days.
- Experience in logistics, supply chain, project coordination is a plus.
- Strong safety, regulatory compliance, and training skills.
- Excellent communication, organization, and reporting abilities.
- Proficiency with Google Workspace (Docs/Sheets/Slides); valid driver’s license; up to 25% travel.
