L3 Engineer (Network, System and Security)

📋 Description

• Handle incidents across endpoint, server, network, security, and cloud environments
• Own complex incidents and escalate when required
• Perform proactive infrastructure monitoring and user administration
• Support scheduled maintenance and collaborate with senior teams
• Provide high-standard technical support to a multi-client client base

🎯 Requirements

• Significant MSP/service desk or multi-client IT support experience
• Strong L3 troubleshooting across endpoints, servers, networks, MS cloud
• Proven incident management within service levels
• MS 365, Windows desktop/server, Active Directory
• Networking: TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPNs, VLANs, firewalls
• VMware ESXi and/or Hyper-V experience
