📋 Description

• Lead a small team in testing ops; assign priorities, enforce safety and workmanship, clear blockers.
• Function as liaison between employees and management for problem solving.
• Coach, mentor, and train team members.
• Ensure all team members follow proper procedures.

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalency.
• 3+ years industrial experience (installing pipes/components, bending stainless tubes, or
• 2+ years assembling/configuring large mechanical structures and test stands using forklifts
