📋 Description

• Seasonal Sales Associate supports store goals during peak periods by delivering guest experiences
• Role focuses on authentic connection, product expertise, and personalized service to drive sales
• Part-Time, non-exempt; up to 20 hours/week during peak periods; minimum 4-hour shifts.
• Must be available to work during company blackout period (Thanksgiving to end of holiday season).

🎯 Requirements

• 1+ years preferred in a client-centric, sales environment.
• Ability to engage customers and provide a friendly, easy-to-shop environment.
• Confident with product knowledge, store initiatives, and guest-facing programs.
• Willingness to move around store, assist guests, and maintain store cleanliness and organization.
• Ability to lift, push, carry up to 50 pounds, stand/walk for long periods.
