• Create and cultivate deep business relationships with producers, creators, venues and key
• Develop and deliver a growth strategy for the Czech Republic market to scale Fever's presence
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver partner growth across Czech Republic and
• Own the market end-to-end from originating partnerships to flawless on-ground execution

🎯 Requirements

• At least 4+ years of top tier consulting or equivalent experience, with ideally 4+ years in
• Experience with ticketing platforms, inventory strategy, revenue optimization, visitor-flow
• Strong sales and partnership development ability; comfortable owning a pipeline and negotiating
• Exceptional strategic thinking, structured approach, and analytical skills
• Self-starter, highly autonomous, thrives in a dynamic, high-growth environment
• Excellent communication skills in Czech and English (written and verbal, C2 level)
