Supply Chain Analyst

📋 Description

• Design, develop, and scale analytics for transportation cost, speed, and network performance.
• Own dashboards and tools: carrier performance, routing, ship-speed optimization, cost benchmarks.
• Develop predictive and real-time reporting for KPIs: transit time, on-time delivery, freight spend.
• Analyze data to identify cost savings and inefficiencies; provide actionable insight with 24h SLA.
• Translate business questions into analytical plans; ensure data quality and scalable workflows.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet operational/financial objectives.

🎯 Requirements

• 4–6+ years analytics experience, ideally in transportation/supply chain
• Strong SQL; write and optimize queries using Snowflake/Starburst
• Advanced Excel; build practical business models
• Power BI expertise: dashboards, DAX measures, visual reporting
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management
• Experience with distributed teams and US-based stakeholders
